Getting useful work from your agent
Name the workspace or task, say what finished looks like, and say what may change. Ask the agent to read existing facts and files before it creates anything.
Read task [name]. Summarise its facts, steps and attachments, then propose the next action. Do not change or send anything until I approve.
Find the Forge skill for this kind of work and explain the inputs and approval points before starting.
Ask for a readback after changes. If the agent cannot reach Forge, it should say so rather than fill gaps from memory.
