Branding
Workspace branding supplies the identity used by supported forms and documents. It helps a recurring template look consistent without manually restyling every output.
Check before changing
Treat branding as shared workspace setup. Ask what will use the change and review a draft after an administrator or agent updates it.
Branding applies to supported workspace templates and outputs. It does not silently rewrite an already-issued PDF or an external file. Identify the template and draft output before changing shared values.
Change shared values with care
Logo, colours and business details can be reused by supported workspace templates and forms. Check a draft after a change, especially where a customer will see the result. If one job needs an exception, use a reviewed draft where the workspace process allows it instead of changing the shared brand for everyone.
Keep the source logo and approved business details available to the administrator responsible for the change. A branding setting cannot repair inaccurate task facts, an unapproved template or a document already issued.
